Join us for an evening with Bentley University lecturer and global sales trainer Jim “Pouli” Pouliopoulos.
High-performing environments demand results, but sustained performance without sustained well-being rarely lasts. In this interactive session, Pouli will explore why happiness often precedes success and how simple habits can support both well-being and performance over time.
Drawing on his work with teams and leaders, he’ll challenge the idea that success leads to happiness, and instead show how the relationship often works in the opposite direction. We’ll also create space for discussion so you can hear how others are thinking about this inside their organizations.
If you’re working in HR, People, or leadership and thinking about how to build a more sustainable, high-performing culture, this is a good room to be in.
What to Expect:
A focused session on why well-being often precedes sustained performance
Practical habits you can use to support both happiness and results on your team
A quick welcome from your Culture First Boston chapter leads Sarah, Kayla, and Mike
