Welcome to Culture & Co-working, session!

Back by popular demand! Our very first virtual co-working session was a success and we're scheduling another one.

Let's be honest, you could keep working from your desk at home with the same three tabs open and your dog side-eyeing your posture. Or, you could log on with a bunch of other people-first, culture-curious humans and get things done together (even if "together" just means quietly typing on the same call).

Here's the shape of the 75 minutes:

🌱 Welcome, connection & intention (15 min) - quick hellos, then everyone shares one thing they're working on today
💻 Focused work time (50 min) - heads down, cameras on or off, on mute or chatting quietly, your call
🎉 Close & share (10 min) - what did you get done? Celebrate the wins, big or small

There's no pressure to perform productivity, just a shared space to focus, with familiar faces around if you want them.

Whether you're a culture champion, people leader, solo consultant, or just missing the low hum of other people working nearby — come as you are, for the whole 75 minutes or whatever slice you can manage.
