Do you call yourself an HR, L&D, I/O or OD professional? What if we took away the job titles? What core skills would these roles have in common and what would be mutually exclusive? At our next meeting we’ll talk about careers and the meaning behind the labels we give to the culture work that we do.
To RSVP, please log in or create a free Culture First account. This helps us keep events secure and community-driven.
Culture First Christchurch is a volunteer organisation that believes that workplaces should be collectives where people thrive. We’ve been part of the Christchurch tapestry for nearly three years and have over 100 members comprised of culture and human development professionals and experts in areas such as engineering, psychology, safety, well being, consulting and project management.
While growing in numbers, our quarterly meetings tend to consist of a small group at any one time. This gives plenty of opportunity to meet new people and talk about our shared interests.
At our next meeting we’ll talk about careers and the labels we give to the culture work that we do. As with all our events, this gathering is free but your investment in sharing your insights on how you got into the work you do would be helpful for this korero.
