About this event

Burnout isn’t a personal failure, it’s a workplace signal.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, we're creating space to name what many of us are quietly carrying. Over coffee and candid conversation, we’ll align on what burnout is, how to recognize it, and what leaders and colleagues can do to create healthier workplaces.

We’ll explore how it shows up differently for each of us, and share what’s actually helped. No pitches, no perfect answers, just real people doing real work, figuring this out together.

We’re meeting at the Tabletop Game Cafe in Clintonville, a small but intentional reminder that joy and heaviness can coexist.
