About this event

A Culture First Creative Wellbeing session for opening up spaces for connection and creativity with tools from Ugnayan Cards

Overview

We are wired for connection. And yet, we can often feel like we're worlds apart from people sitting right next to us.
We are wired for expression and creation. And yet, we can often feel like we have to curb some of those impulses to better fit in at work.

In this session, we ask:
• Why does cultivating connection matter?
• How might it give way for more authentic expression and greater creativity?
• What are some ways to open up more spaces for connection and creative expression for ourselves and our teams at work?

Through this online gathering, we hope you'll walk away with more awareness of tools and practices that can support you in connecting more meaningfully and creating more freely with others at work and wherever you find yourself.

Working flow

• Opening and introductions
• Interactive discussion on creating connection*
• Connection experience (using a digital tool by Ugnayan Cards)**
• Plenary sharing and integration***

* We may be using tools like the Zoom chatbox, Menti polls and breakout rooms, so we hope for your participation in those. If you are unable to join the breakout rooms, we'll have other options available for those who may have limited capacity to interact during the call.
