What if one of the most powerful creative wellbeing practices you could develop was as simple as writing down what you actually want?
In this 60-minute interactive workshop, Alexa Rubinov β founder of Journey with Alexa and creator of the Hundreds List β will guide you through a reflective exercise designed to help you get clear on what lights you up, where you're holding back, and how to start designing a life that truly excites you.
The Hundreds List is a deceptively simple tool: a list of 100 things you want β goals, dreams, experiences β aligned to your life, that totally light you up. When you write down your desires and commit to integrating them into your day-to-day, your wellbeing naturally shifts.
You'll leave this session with the beginning of your own Hundreds List, a new lens for your creative wellbeing practice.
Come ready to write. Leave ready to live.
