Who says vision boards are just for the New Year? Join Culture First Detroit for a fresh, spring-inspired Vision Board Workshop designed especially for leaders who shape teams and cultures.
In a world that's constantly shifting, this is your chance to pause, reflect, and create a powerful personal vision that grounds you amidst change. Think of it as spring cleaning for your mind and spirit—clearing out the noise and focusing on what truly matters to you as a leader and a person.
Join us on May 13, 5 pm – 7 pm at B Nektar Meadery Taproom & Production Facility in Ferndale for an evening of creativity, connection, and inspiration. Facilitated by Julianne Phillips (learn more about her at drjsavestheday.com), this workshop will guide you through setting meaningful visions that fuel your presence and leadership.
At this engaging session, you will:
Reflect on the shifts and lessons of the past months
Explore your personal and professional aspirations beyond just the calendar year
Craft a vibrant vision board filled with images, words, and quotes that inspire and empower you
All materials—poster boards, glue, magazines, scissors—will be provided. To make the most of this experience, we kindly ask you to bring a 2x2 inch photo of your smiling face! (A copy is fine.) This photo will serve as a personal touch to your vision board, integrating you into the narrative of your dreams and ambitions.
Come ready to play, dream, and build a strong foundation for leading with clarity and heart. Because when leaders take time to envision their own path, they light the way for their teams to follow.
