About this event

This session is for everyone whether you attended Part 1 or not!

We live and work in a VUCA world, and coming back from a break doesn't pause the volatility, uncertainty, complexity, or ambiguity waiting for us.

Coming back from the summer break is the perfect moment for a reset but staying recharged takes more than good intentions. This follow-up to Thrive Under Pressure moves from awareness into action, focused on the science of habit building.

We'll briefly revisit the core principles from our first session before diving into why some habits stick and others don't – and how to design sustainable routines around rest and recovery that keep you recharged well beyond week one back at work.

Key takeaways:

 Revisit the connection between personal energy, performance, and wellbeing

 Reconnect with your sources of energy and any gaps identified in your original energy audit

 Understand the science behind how habits form, and why some stick while others fade

 Learn practical strategies to build daily, weekly, and monthly recovery practices

 Leave with a personal action plan to embed rest and recovery into your routine

Haven't done the energy audit yet? No problem — you'll still walk away with practical, actionable strategies.

Join us to create your own personal wellbeing plan and put the learnings into practice.
