Kickstart your morning with some caffeine from Cafe Equinox ☕, immerse yourself in the beautiful green house of Family Tree Nursery  🌿, and delve into a community brain trust. This is an exercise where folks can share their real life culture and workplace challenges and receive advice, feedback, or resources from fellow community members. Think of this like your personal board of culture advisors. Plus, bring your laptops because we’ll transition into a co-working session right in the greenhouse. 🌱💻

9:00 - 9:30: Get your coffee and enjoy informal group introductions.

9:30 - 10:45: Dive into the community brain trust.

10:45 - 11:00: Time for group reflections and wrap-up.

11:00 - 1:00: Open co-working in the greenhouse. Work, chat, laugh, repeat!

Important Need-to-Knows 📝

Arrival Time: Family Tree Nursery opens at 9am so if you arrive early, you'll be waiting outside. We'll meet in the back of the greenhouse after you've grabbed your morning coffee and snack at Cafe Equinox.
Food: There are snacks available at Cafe Equinox, but if you plan to stick around and co-work, it can be smart to bring along a little extra food.
