In this session, I’ll share how I successfully secured a six-figure investment from senior leaders by aligning employee experience initiatives to business priorities, data, and outcomes leaders actually care about. We’ll unpack what resonated, what didn’t, and practical strategies you can use to turn “that sounds great” into real funding and sustained executive support.
