Because culture doesn’t happen in theory, it happens in practice.

At Culture First, we believe that when the right people come together to share honestly, challenge thinking and learn from each other, real change becomes possible.

This gathering is a little different. This time, we’re bringing a 🧠 Brains Trust 🧠 to the room. And a quick note — we’ve moved the date back by one week.

What is a Brain's trust? 🧠

A space for people leaders and culture practitioners to bring what’s really going on and get input on it.

Not hypothetical scenarios. Not polished case studies. Real challenges. The kind that don’t have a clear answer. The kind you’re still figuring out.

How it works 🔨

A few people will bring a challenge they’re navigating. As a group, we’ll think it through together — asking questions, sharing perspectives, offering ideas and experiences. It’s about tapping into the collective intelligence in the room. Not to give you *the* answer but to give you better ways of seeing, thinking and moving forward.
