About this event

What's that one task you know would take 5 minutes but you just haven't made the time to do it? That one appointment you've been meaning to make? That project that's been on your to-do list but you still haven't started?

Body doubling is a simple but powerful technique where individuals work alongside a partner or group, either in person or virtually, to enhance focus and accountability. For professionals with ADHD, this practice can be especially effective in combating procrastination, staying on task, and building momentum on projects.

You’ll connect with like-minded professionals, set personal goals for the session, and experience firsthand how body doubling can transform the way you work. Whether you’re tackling a to-do list, doing a deep dive, sending out an email, or just need some quite time to reflect on your week, this judgement free zone offers the space and structure to help you succeed.
