Join us on Tuesday, February 3rd from 9:00–10:30am for a relaxed, casual conversation with Jessie Jacob and Craig Forman, two of the people behind the global Culture First Community movement.
Jessie is the Senior Community Engagement Manager at Culture Amp and the driving force behind the Culture First Global Chapters program. What started as just four chapters in 2019 has grown into a thriving global network of 100+ chapters and more than 10,000 community members. Jessie supports chapter leads around the world in hosting meaningful conversations about creating a better world of work—and brings a refreshingly human, grounded perspective to everything she does.
Craig is the founder of CultureC Consulting and a longtime Culture First leader. His new book, Listen Up: A Practical Guide to Building Employee Listening Programs that Strengthen Culture and Drive Performance, drops the day before this event - so yes, it’ll definitely be part of the conversation. Craig brings over 15 years of experience helping hundreds of organizations make data-informed, human-centered decisions that spark action and lasting change.
This won’t be a formal presentation - think of it more as a coffee-chat-style discussion. We’ll explore ideas from Craig’s book, lessons from building global communities, and whatever questions or topics you want to bring into the room.
Whether you’re a people leader, culture builder, community organizer, or just curious about how to create more human workplaces, this is a space for open conversation and connection.
Bring your questions. Bring your curiosity. Bring your coffee order. ☕✨
