About this event

Some motivation burns fast but toxic. Other motivation burns cleaner and lasts longer.

Grounded in behavioral science and Self-Determination Theory, this workshop explores the different types of motivation that drive our goals. Participants will gain practical tools to analyze the mix of motivational drivers behind their own goals, rebalance toward healthier and more sustainable sources of motivation, and better support others in pursuing goals without burnout.

Walk away with practical tools you can apply immediately - to your work, your team, and your personal goals.

📍 In-person • 🗓 Feb 26 • ⏰ 9:00–10:30am
