Change happens all the time in nonprofit work: new tools, shifting roles, evolving priorities. In this interactive session, we’ll talk about what makes change hard, explore simple models to understand and manage it, and share real examples from organizations in transition. 

This session will be co-lead by Alex Barrett, Chief of Staff at COOP Careers, who has frequently led redesign and reorganization efforts within workforce development organizations that are constantly evolving to meet labor market trends.
