About this event

Get a better-than-caffeine energy boost by joining fellow culture enthusiasts, people geeks, and change agents for our next Culture First Seattle Virtual Coffee Chat.

This month, we’re continuing the conversation from our September 10th session, The Business of Connection: How Workplace Relationships Fuel Well-Being and Results.

Couldn’t join us on September 10th? No problem. We felt this topic was too important to leave to just one conversation, and you do not need to have attended the original session to participate.

We’ll revisit a few of the ideas around workplace connection, trust, belonging, and the small moments that shape how people experience work — then spend most of our time learning from one another.

JOIN US FOR:

  • Peer sharing around where connection — or disconnection — is showing up at work

  • Real-world challenges, experiments, observations, and wins

  • Practical ideas for building stronger relationships and trust

  • Authentic dialogue and connection with fellow People & Culture practitioners

Bring your own experiences, questions, and curiosity. What are you seeing? What’s working? What feels harder than it should? And what small changes might make a meaningful difference?

For this Coffee Chat, we’ll be keeping our conversation centered on the Business of Connection.

Click RSVP, grab your favorite cup of coffee (or beverage of choice!), and join us as we keep the conversation going.

Better Together,
Christiane, Devinne & Marta
