Explore how your nervous system shapes the way you lead. This trauma-informed workshop examines how past experiences and stress responses can influence leadership behaviors, communication, decision-making, and relationships at work.
Together, we’ll explore the four common trauma responses: fight, flight, freeze, and fawn, and how they may appear in leadership through micromanaging, avoidance, people-pleasing, reactivity, negative bias, unconscious bias, or other patterns that can contribute to toxic workplace cultures. Through reflection and practice overview, participants will learn how to recognize dysregulation, shift automatic responses, and develop more grounded, compassionate, and self-aware leadership practices.
Because trauma-informed leadership starts from within.
