Let's celebrate World Book Day in April by having another DC Book Exchange!

More detailed instructions to come, but the general idea is---come with a book to gift to another person, and, leave with a new book

To attend:

1. Identify a book that has had a meaningful impact on the way you view the world of work, your career, or both.

2. Buy a new version of that book (paperback is fine!). The first 20 members who RSVP for this event will be sent a $25 gift card to fund the book purchase, courtesy of the CultureFirst chapter!

   • Though we've done Amazon gift cards in the past, we encourage you to support a local independent bookseller, such as Solid State Books, Kramers, or your own neighborhood favorite!

3. We'll swap books at the event--and everyone will leave with a new book (and hopefully, a new perspective!)

Light snacks and beverages will be provided!

**If you're interested in bringing gently used books in the same theme (world of work, career, etc) that others may enjoy in addition to your new, wrapped book, please bring them, but plan to take home anything that isn't taken by another person.**
