I often associate watercooler talk with in-person office experiences.
Since I am remote employee, I don't have as many of those opportunities.
Recently at Transform and was reminded that the most meaningful interactions happened in the hallway between sessions!! Some of these conversations from conference hallways have changed the trajectory of my life and career.
In fact, the reason I am in this current role is because I met Craig Former, a former Culture Amp employee, in the hallway at Culture Con in Madison, WI in 2019!!
