Welcome to the Raleigh-Durham Chapter of Culture First! We exist to gather individuals in the Research Triangle from all different industries, roles and walks of life around the common goal of building a better world of work.
We create spaces through our virtual and in-person community gatherings for people passionate about these topics to connect with each other, have thought-provoking conversations (formal and informal) about challenges and opportunities we're seeing in our spheres of influence, and collaborate on ways we can make an impact.

Our chapters program alone consists of 100+ chapters in 25+ countries and 90+ cities, with over 16,000 members.
